Return and Exchange Policy

Before the items leave from our warehouse, we inspect them very carefully. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase then simply follow the instructions mentioned below for returning the products:

  • Once the product is delivered, you get seven exact days to return the item back to us (within seven days of receiving the product).

  • Please call us on the customer care number +91 9880625300 and we will instruct the process and return address.

  • As per mutual agreement, we will replace the returned saree free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods on receipt of our goods back. Price difference if any between the sarees selected earlier v/s later, will have to be paid by customer.

  • Return/Exchange of the items will be accepted only if the product is in its original packaging, unused, with all original tags intact. Please make sure that the product is properly packed, to avoid any damage with a copy of invoice, before placing it for return.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded, and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address

Refund Policy

As the charge to your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time, you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account if applicable as per the situations are given below.

If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where we have erroneously sent you a wrong item/colour/size.

Refunds will be done in the following cases:

  • Genuine quality issues.

  • Packages lost in transit.

  • In case, we find that a wrong item has been shipped to you.

  • In case, you are not happy with the purchase and have returned the item/items to us.
