Yes, we convert all fabric sarees into the ready to wear format, including heavy kanjeevaram pattu sarees, elaborate work sarees, cotton, net, or organza sarees. Select the stitching option on the product page or choose our stitching service.

What measurements are required for stitching?

Accepted Answer

We need your waist and overall height for saree stitching, and your petticoat (attached or not) and pallu preference (pleated or loose). If you opt for a pre stitched blouse, you can go through our instructions video and provide your blouse measurements online. You can enter these on the product page, we will clarify any measurement related queries with you on WhatsApp after placing the order.

How long does stitching a ready to wear saree take?

If you send us your own saree to stitch, the turnaround is 5 business days after we receive your saree and confirmed measurements. If you buy a ready to wear saree from our online collection, please allow 10 business days for stitching and delivery.

How do alterations work if the fit isn’t perfect?

Accepted Answer

Our aim is to give you the perfect fitting saree. However, we will alter the saree anytime if you are not happy with the fitting or need any changes in the saree waist, height, or pallu. Alterations are typically completed within 3 days after pickup.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on sarees purchased from us, for orders up to ₹5000. For orders above ₹5000, part payment is required in advance as these are custom-stitched to your measurements. We will contact you for part payment after you place the order. This part payment ensures a fair process for both you and us, preventing loss if a COD order is not accepted.Note: COD orders are dispatched through India Speed Post, and may take 3-4 days longer for delivery than regular courier services, depending on the location.

We take 5 business days for stitching customer sarees to ready to wear and 10 business days for sarees purchased from our online collection. Shipping timelines after dispatch depend on the destination. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. We will provide tracking details once your order is shipped.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

You can return any product within 7 days of receiving it. After this period, returns cannot be accepted, as the saree is customized and tailored to your measurements. Is a petticoat included or attached with ready-to-wear?

Yes. If you opt for an attached petticoat in your ready to wear saree order, we stitch the ready-to-wear saree with the petticoat attached, so you don’t need a separate underskirt.

How accurate are the product colours?

Accepted Answer

Minor variations may occur due to handloom craftsmanship and screen settings. We aim to keep images as true-to-colour as possible.
