All international orders are shipped via trusted courier partners and include tracking details. Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. We strive to ensure safe and timely delivery for all our international customers.

All our products are made to order and customized as per your requirements. Once you place an order, please allow up to 10 business days for dispatch. Shipping timelines after dispatch depend on the destination. Delivery timelines vary based on the country and courier service used, but usually take 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on sarees purchased from us, for orders up to ₹5000. The COD fee is Rs 200 for an order. For orders above ₹5000, part payment is required in advance as these are custom-stitched to your measurements. We will contact you for part payment after you place the order. This part payment ensures a fair process for both you and us, preventing loss if a COD order is not accepted.
Note: COD orders are dispatched through India Speed Post, and may take 3-4 days longer for delivery than regular courier services, depending on the location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. We also communicate tracking details on your WhatsApp once we ship.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, readytowearsaree.com is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing your order.

Delivery Delays

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays for international shipments, or carrier issues. If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed via WhatsApp.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Yes, we get sarees to be converted to ready-to-wear from locations all over India. Our conversion service is available all over India. You will need to send your sarees to our mentioned address in Bangalore. If you are outside Bangalore, you can avail the speed post option (from India Postal Services) if you're looking for the most cost-effective option. Alternatively, you can use any of the courier services to send your sarees to us. After we receive the saree, we stitch and send back the sarees to your mentioned address at no additional shipping cost.
