Since these are customized sarees made as per individual measurements, we encourage you to provide accurate waist and height measurements when placing the order. Accurate measurements assure a perfect saree fit. You can also reach out to us on chat or call anytime for questions about the fabric, concept, measurements, or anything.

But we understand if you are not satisfied with the product when you receive it and still want to return it. Here’s all the information about our return policy and how you can initiate a return:

Return Policy

You can return any product within 7 days of receiving it. After 7 days have passed, sorry, we can’t accept the return since this is a customized saree stitched to your measurements.
The saree must be unused and in the same condition you received.
You need to ship back the product yourself to this address:

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately approve the refund given the item is in the same condition.
We will refund you the entire order amount to the same payment mode used when placing the order. If you wish to get the refund in any other manner, please mention in the email that you send for raising a return.
